Children's Nutrition Classes with a Culminating Nutrition Fiesta

After completing the nutrition courses, we will host a nutrition fiesta where your children can share their newfound knowledge with you.

At this level, a 1.5 hour lesson will be devoted to each thematic unit. The courses will start in September-October in Klirou, Palaichori and upon request in Nicosia. The program will be sent to those interested.

The fiesta will feature interactive stations where kids can demonstrate what they've learned about healthy eating habits, balanced diets, and the importance of various nutrients. Parents will have the opportunity to taste delicious, nutritious snacks prepared by the children, showcasing their skills in making healthy food choices.

In addition to the food stations, there will be fun activities and games designed to reinforce the concepts taught during the classes. Each activity aims to make learning about nutrition enjoyable and engaging for both children and their families.
